HELPING NEW FRANCHISE OWNERSHIP REBOOT OPERATIONS
We will do an onsite visitation and provide you with a full organizational evaluation. We work with management to improve team culture and assist with any necessary staff restructuring. Create an environment where your staff are all "Brand Ambassadors". We will provide and execute team building exercises and develop strategies for improved team communication.
SPONSORSHIP & TICKET SALES
The overall focus is development of a Sales Culture where everyone on your staff is selling with the focus of putting butts in your seats. Ashley spends time with your staff to uncover strengths, weaknesses, special interests and talents. We then create mentoring relationships within your staff for increased sales training and motivation. We will revamp your ticket and corporate sales strategies and establish team and individual goals.
KIDS CLUB BUILDING
Kids direct family entertainment dollars and are your future fans. We work with you to develop a club that interacts with and entertains kids and their families while driving attendance. We create year round marketing strategies to engage kids and increase membership. We will also assist you in developing sponsorship packages to turn kids club and various kids activities into a revenue stream.
GAME PRESENTATION & FAN DEVELOPMENT
Game entertainment is an opportunity to develop fans. As we tackle your ballpark experience we look at promotions, music, entertainment on the field and all around the ballpark. Customer service also needs to be a focus. We provide creative development including Promotions and entertainment.
Assist in developing ideas that create sales inventory and revenue. We will discuss how to over deliver on fan experiences and identify moments that should be improved to enhance fan experience. Together we will build strategies to surprise your fans and create memorable moments and lifetime fans.
We understand that turnover is a huge problem. We can help you find and train great people to represent your team and develop strategies to increase productivity as well as employee job satisfaction. We will work with management to enhance your key staffing events including; your staff retreat, job fairs, internship interviews, employee orientation and staff appreciation events. We will develop a strategy to build a strong customer service team at every level of the organization. Together we will build a strong team and increase retention of those great employees.
